1. Consent to Communications: The provision of your details above is voluntary; however, by submitting your details to the organizers, you consent to receive communications. At any time, you will have the ability to cancel your subscription and stop receiving communications from the organizers.

2. Right of Admission Disclaimer: Admission Policy: We reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons entering the event even with a valid ticket. Attendees need to comply with all security procedures implemented and may be required to present Identification. Security personnel may conduct bag checks or pat downs upon entry. Attendees may be refused admission if they are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, if they pose a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others, or if their attire is deemed inappropriate for the event.
Attendees are expected to always conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the event. Any behaviour deemed offensive, disruptive, or threatening to others will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without warning or refund.

3. Social Media and Public Advertisement: No location or specific event details should be posted on social media or advertised publicly. These details can only be shared with registered attendees on the day prior to the event, after they have been vetted.

4. Donations Processing: Donations made during registration are processed by WalletDoc. Please note that no refunds will be provided for donations.
