Communications: Voluntarily providing details consents to receiving organizer communications, with the option to unsubscribe anytime.
Admission Policy: We reserve the right to refuse entry, even with a valid ticket, if attendees violate security protocols, are intoxicated, pose a threat, or wear inappropriate attire. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.
Social Media: Event details must not be shared publicly or on social media. Registered attendees receive details on the day, post-vetting.
Payments: Processed via WalletDoc; no refunds for payments or donations. SAZF Cape Council is not registered for SARS ITd3 (18A certificates).
